Warehouse Operations Associate

About the role

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to ensure temperature‑sensitive materials are stored and shipped under optimal conditions. You will play a key part in maintaining traceability, inventory accuracy, and safe material handling within a fast‑paced distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor temperature‑sensitive products during storage and shipment preparation to preserve required conditions.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for full traceability.
• Identify on‑hold, damaged, or non‑conforming items and route them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to enable timely outbound activity.
• Escalate non‑standard handling or inventory issues for prompt resolution.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping).
• Understanding of inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability.
• Familiarity with temperature‑controlled handling and cold‑chain requirements.
• Ability to follow established procedures, maintain accurate records, and identify exceptions.
