Warehouse Operations Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Operations Intern to support daily warehouse activities for a growing international fashion brand. This 6‑month unpaid internship provides hands‑on experience in order preparation, inventory management, and ERP usage.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and storing products.
• Assist with picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Handle product movements, including carrying, sorting, and arranging inventory.
• Support incoming and outgoing shipments, including product checks and packaging.
• Maintain warehouse organization and ensure accurate storage.
• Conduct regular stock counts, inventory checks, and stock reconciliation.
• Enter and update stock information and daily transactions in the Nebim V3 ERP system.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies or operational issues.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in physical warehouse tasks, including lifting and carrying.
• Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Interest in logistics, inventory management, or business operations.
• Students or recent graduates in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Nebim V3 (a plus).
