Web Growth Specialist

About the role

PlusMinusOne is seeking a curious, analytical, and growth‑minded Web Growth Specialist to optimise web‑to‑app funnels and improve subscription outcomes for its mobile products.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead web funnel projects aimed at user acquisition and subscription growth.
• Analyse end‑to‑end web‑to‑app funnels from ad click through landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, app install, trial start and purchase.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, design and data teams to align growth initiatives with user experience and business goals.
• Benchmark competitors, review their funnels and messaging, and turn findings into actionable ideas.
• Help create and refine landing page structures, quiz flows, paywall messaging and CTAs.
• Define hypotheses, variants and success metrics for A/B tests and prepare clear reports for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Genuine curiosity about digital products, user behaviour, funnels and growth.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical thinking, comfort with numbers, metrics and performance reports.
• Ownership, attention to detail and a fast learning attitude.
• Team‑spirit and cross‑functional collaboration mindset.

Required skills

• Understanding of web funnels, landing pages, onboarding flows, paywalls and subscription logic.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing across Meta, TikTok or Google.
• Familiarity with analytics and product tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, Adjust, RevenueCat, Hotjar, Figma, Webflow or WordPress.
• Interest in A/B testing, personalization, funnel optimisation and user psychology.
