Web3 Frontend Developer – Trenches Trading Terminal

About the role

We are seeking a high‑ownership Web3 Frontend Developer to build the client experience for a fast‑moving on‑chain trading terminal. The role is remote‑first and focuses on latency‑sensitive trading surfaces across Solana and EVM.

Key responsibilities

• Own the frontend experience for trenches trading, perpetuals and prediction markets on Solana and EVM.
• Design and implement latency‑sensitive features such as live data streams, order flow, fill‑quality UI and transaction state handling.
• Unify wallet, signing and approval flows across both ecosystems while maintaining feature parity.
• Optimize browser performance using WebSockets, RPC streams, optimistic UI, reconnection strategies and back‑pressure management.
• Measure and improve frontend performance metrics (p95 time‑to‑interactive, time‑to‑fill) and ensure production quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of production‑grade frontend engineering experience with Web3 or on‑chain products.
• Hands‑on experience in both Solana and EVM ecosystems; familiarity with on‑chain trading mechanics.
• Proven track record shipping real‑money trading interfaces (perpetuals, DEXs, launchpads, prediction markets).
• Strong self‑management, communication and problem‑solving skills in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Web3 development (Solana wallet adapters, EVM wallets, Privy or similar).
• Real‑time frontend technologies: WebSockets, RPC streams, optimistic UI, reconnection and back‑pressure handling.
• Latency‑sensitive UI components: charting, PnL, order flow, fill and transaction state displays.
• Performance profiling and system‑level debugging of frontend applications.
• Use of AI‑assisted development tools as part of the workflow.
