Wellness Attendant

About the role

The Wellness Attendant ensures the Spa, pool deck and cabanas are clean, well‑stocked and safe for guests. You will greet visitors, enforce poolside rules and provide a high level of hospitality throughout the Abelia Pool area.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and set‑ups for the cabanas, pool deck and Abelia Pool according to specifications.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and enforce all poolside safety rules.
• Monitor and replenish guest supplies and amenities to keep areas immaculate.
• Retrieve, launder and restock linens, ensuring proper handling of used items.
• Complete daily opening and closing checklists, inspecting equipment and facilities for quality presentation.
• Assist guests with inquiries, special requests and information about Spa and Wellness services.
• Operate, clean and sanitize all outdoor pool and cabanas equipment safely.

Required profile

• Ability to work under high demand and pressure while remaining flexible.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
• Capability to follow detailed job guidelines and safety procedures.
• English verbal communication preferred.
