Winter Legal Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Winter Legal Intern to join our Legal team. This position offers a law student the chance to gain hands‑on experience in corporate, commercial, data protection, and technology law within a global fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on Turkish and offshore legislation, regulations, and recent developments.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, memoranda, policies, and other legal documents.
• Support the Legal Manager with corporate and commercial law matters and day‑to‑day queries.
• Help with data protection and privacy tasks, including KVKK research and documentation.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in the technology sector and aid compliance efforts.
• Prepare concise legal updates, summaries, and research notes.
• Maintain legal documents and corporate records.

Required profile

• Turkish citizen currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year law student at a reputable law school.
• Strong academic record with excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities.
• Motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to contribute to the team.
• Good command of written and spoken English; preferably with a valid IELTS or TOEFL score.
• Genuine interest in corporate and commercial law, data protection (KVKK), technology law, and regulatory matters.
