Architecture, Design & Construction Manager – Turkey

About the role

We are seeking an Architecture, Design & Construction Manager to lead the delivery of new‑build, conversion and refurbishment hotel projects across Turkey. The role combines architectural oversight, design coordination and construction management while acting as a trusted advisor to owners, franchisees and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 hotel projects at various development and construction stages.
• Review and approve architectural plans, site assessments and development proposals.
• Guide owners and franchise partners on brand‑standard implementation.
• Conduct design reviews, site visits, mock‑up inspections and final project sign‑offs.
• Monitor project progress using Salesforce and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and manage Technical Services Agreements to add business value.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards for new builds, conversions and renovations.
• Recommend design enhancements that boost guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Operations, Brand, Marketing and Legal teams.
• Support hotel openings by overseeing technical and compliance requirements, including fire safety, risk management and insurance compliance.
• Lead and develop an in‑country AD&C Specialist.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing multiple hotel development and construction projects, preferably in a dynamic hospitality market.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance business objectives and brand protection.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and develop junior specialists.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for project tracking and reporting.
