Business Developer – Food & Pharma

About the role

Air Liquide Turkey is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth in the Food and Pharma sectors. Based in Manisa, you will act as a technical consultant and market strategist, turning complex industrial‑gas applications into business solutions for customers across Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑potential leads in the Food & Pharma markets together with sales representatives.
• Design and propose tailored gas‑based solutions, lead on‑site trials, and produce performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activity, conduct SWOT analyses and feed market intelligence to the Business Development Manager.
• Manage projects from proposal through contract signing, including start‑up, customer training and post‑sale support.
• Represent Air Liquide at trade shows and international events and mentor the sales team on technical applications.

Required profile

• University or Master’s degree in Food Engineering (essential).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or technical development.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes and gas applications.
• Ability to build business cases and communicate technical concepts in clear business terms.
