Communications Partner – Strategic Corporate Communications

About the role

Roche is seeking a Communications Partner to lead strategic communication initiatives that strengthen brand reputation and deliver compelling internal and external stories aligned with the company’s global vision. The role blends corporate communications, digital media, and crisis management to support Roche’s mission of improving health worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute an annual communication strategic plan aligned with Roche’s vision.
• Consult on digital communication activities and manage global project localization.
• Develop and implement communication strategies for business units and product lines, including brand reviews.
• Plan, coordinate, and run digital initiatives and social media strategies for disease areas.
• Lead 360‑degree communication campaigns, disease‑awareness projects, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Manage brand‑related crisis and issue management, establishing governance frameworks.
• Oversee agency relationships, including pitch processes, performance monitoring, and fee agreements.
• Support internal employee engagement, town‑hall meetings, and other People & Culture activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations (agency or in‑house).
• Strong background in media relations, press management, and agency governance.
• Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end digital communication projects and social media channels.
• Proven ability to design and execute measurable communication programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, cross‑functional mindset.
