Cyber Security Manager – Technology Consulting

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to join its Technology Consulting team in Istanbul. You will work with a diverse group of professionals to help clients navigate complex security challenges and build resilient, future‑ready organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity consulting engagements across multiple domains, including governance, risk & compliance, IAM, cloud, security operations, application and network security.
• Establish trusted relationships with client executives, conduct strategic discussions and translate technical risks into business‑focused recommendations.
• Design and deliver transformation programs, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Develop and present executive‑level presentations to C‑suite stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5‑6+ years of relevant cybersecurity consulting experience.
• Strong motivation for a career dedicated to cybersecurity.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
