About the role

Roche Diagnostics is looking for a Diabetes Patient Support Nurse to bridge innovative point‑of‑care diagnostic solutions with healthcare delivery. You will support and manage the company’s continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) portfolio and digital solutions, aiming to improve patient health outcomes through education and clinical guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide CGM training to healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses) and patients, both online and in‑person.
• Plan, launch and manage patient support programs, offering guidance on self‑testing, device setup, data tracking and treatment adherence.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to clinics and diabetes centers to ensure operational integration of point‑of‑care solutions and address technical or clinical queries.
• Support healthcare professionals in interpreting digital health reports to facilitate timely medical decisions.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and medical teams, sharing field insights and assisting with product launches.

Required profile

• Nursing degree (mandatory); specialization in diabetes nursing is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in endocrinology or internal medicine.
• Experience in product‑training roles within the medical device sector is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of point‑of‑care diagnostic devices, especially CGM technologies.
• Good written and spoken English for global integration and documentation.
• Excellent communication, training and presentation skills combined with high empathy and a patient‑focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally for on‑site support.
