Electrician

About the role

Hilton is looking for a skilled electrician to ensure all electrical systems across guest rooms, public areas, restaurants and kitchens operate flawlessly. You will join a dynamic team focused on safety, reliability and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all electrical devices and systems (lighting, sockets, kitchen equipment, etc.) in guest rooms, public areas, restaurants and kitchen zones.
• Respond promptly, quietly and cleanly to electrical fault requests from guest rooms, adhering to hotel standards.
• Conduct daily and periodic inspections and preventive maintenance of generators, UPS units, transformers, main panels and external lighting.
• Verify that fire detection and emergency direction systems are continuously operational.
• Report faults and performed actions to the Technical Service Manager and log them in the hotel’s maintenance system.

Required profile

• Graduate of a relevant vocational high school or vocational college program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance within building operations such as hotels, hospitals, malls or residences.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical repairs, as well as plumbing, welding and mechanical component maintenance.
• Team‑oriented, solution‑focused and able to work flexible shift schedules.
• Male candidates must have completed mandatory military service; preferred candidates hold basic first‑aid and occupational health‑safety certifications.
