F&B Server

About the role

The Server (Waiter) joins the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Istanbul, delivering a high‑quality dining experience to guests in a historic, luxury setting. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure each guest feels welcomed and well cared for throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant setup for service, keeping all areas clean, organized, and ready.
• Take guest orders, serve food and drinks, and provide menu recommendations.
• Maintain product knowledge and promote items to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Handle billing, daily reports, and ensure accurate cash and POS transactions.
• Support smooth service flow while upholding Four Seasons standards and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage service.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service and guest interaction.
• Good communication skills with a guest‑oriented mindset.
• Turkish required; intermediate English preferred.
