About the role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will lead a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the hotel. You will be the link between guests, housekeeping staff and maintenance, creating a welcoming environment for every stay.
Key responsibilities
- Train, schedule and supervise housekeeping team members to meet quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot‑check occupied rooms and review service areas, storage and corridors.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly.
- Plan and oversee deep‑cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper care of housekeeping equipment.
- Respond to VIP and special guest requests to deliver exceptional service.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to act with urgency and discipline in a fast‑paced environment.
