ICT Associate – IT Support & Network Specialist

About the role

The International Organization for Migration is seeking an ICT Associate to provide on‑site IT support and manage network infrastructure for its Ankara office and annex. Working under the Senior Resource Management Officer and the National ICT Officer, the incumbent will ensure reliable operation of hardware, software, and communication systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site end‑user support via ticket system, email, phone or in person.
• Assist in installation, operation and administration of Cisco Meraki routers, ASA firewalls, access points and switches.
• Monitor LAN/WAN networks, perform essential maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Install, configure and upgrade desktops, laptops and software (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, MS Office 2013/2016, O365, in‑house applications).
• Apply IOM ICT software standards and security measures, including virus protection and email/Internet access controls.
• Install and maintain the telecommunication PABX system and manage monthly call billing.
• Develop and deliver training to end users on new and existing systems.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, network diagrams and manage the ICT stock room.
