Senior Mobile Application Developer

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Mobile Application Developer with strong Android expertise and solid iOS development experience to join our mobile team. You'll take ownership of features across both platforms, contribute to our Jetpack Compose transition, and help maintain high-quality, scalable applications used by a global, multilingual user base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, with hands‑on contribution to iOS development in Swift as needed.
• Contribute to the team's transition to Jetpack Compose.
• Build applications using MVVM (and where relevant, VIPER/Clean Architecture on iOS) to ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality applications across Android and iOS.
• Optimize applications for multiple languages and regions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, backend, and product teams to deliver seamless cross‑platform solutions.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and ensure pixel‑perfect UI/UX.
• Collaborate with a large development team and contribute to Scrum methodology workflows.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation system.
• Conduct code reviews, actively participate in technical interviews, and share knowledge with the team.
• Stay current with Android and iOS trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Android development experience and 3+ years of native iOS development with Swift.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and solid knowledge of Jetpack Compose.
• Strong knowledge of iOS SDK, UIKit, SwiftUI, and modern architectural patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture).
• Solid understanding and hands‑on experience with MVVM architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, Alamofire, and automated testing (XCTest, XCUITest) on iOS.
• Proven experience working with multi‑layered architectures and large development teams; track record in high‑traffic, large‑scale mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Git/CI‑CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Fastlane).
• Experience with global, multilingual application development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
