Technical Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

As a Technical Supervisor you will lead the engineering team in maintaining the hotel’s physical plant and systems, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe and comfortable stay. You will combine hands‑on technical expertise with a hospitality mindset to deliver memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the engineering team, including training, scheduling and performance guidance.
• Maintain facility safety and regulatory compliance for mechanical, electrical, HVAC and life‑safety systems.
• Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, documenting work in the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors, inspect their work for quality and compliance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, guest concerns and emergency situations.
• Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc preventive maintenance to keep fixtures and fittings safe.
