Business Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

About the role

Blue Palm Group, an international group of companies active in hospitality, business services, real estate, technology and digital solutions, is looking for an ambitious, business-minded person to join its Istanbul office on a part-time basis. The role suits university students studying business administration, economics, finance or international business who want to learn how international businesses operate while completing their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily business administration and office operations
• Organize and maintain business documents, invoices, records and correspondence
• Coordinate with banks, accountants, notaries, authorities and business partners
• Monitor payments, expenses, deadlines and administrative processes
• Communicate with colleagues and external partners in an international environment
• Support management with organizational and business-related tasks
• Use digital tools to improve workflows, follow up on open matters and solve problems

Required profile

• University student in business administration, economics, finance or international business (previous experience welcome but not essential)
• Excellent English and fluent Turkish
• Strong understanding of basic business and economic principles
• Analytical thinker, quick learner, reliable and able to work independently
• Interest in international markets and entrepreneurship; ambition to grow within the company
