Expert Network Associate (English)

About the role

Reticula is a fast-growing expert network that connects consulting, strategy and investment teams with precisely matched experts through its own AI-enabled platform. It is hiring an Expert Network Associate (English) on the Client Service Team to act as the knowledge broker between clients and industry experts. The role is based in Kadıköy, Istanbul, with a hybrid model of one day per week remote.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and vet subject matter experts across a wide range of industries, going beyond traditional searches to find the exact match.
• Manage expert engagements end-to-end, including scheduling and coordination, so that clients and experts have an outstanding experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and experts, understanding their needs and delivering with precision.
• Collaborate with the team to grow the expert network and client base.
• Keep up with industry trends, market developments and emerging sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences or similar) with 0-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• A genuine passion for connecting people with knowledge; no prior expert network experience needed.
• Track record of taking initiative, such as leadership roles, entrepreneurial projects or competitive achievements.
• Sharp critical thinking and sound judgement under pressure.
• Ability to juggle multiple client relationships at once, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.

• Excellent communication skills; confident and articulate on the phone with senior stakeholders.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
