Executive Assistant (Turkish & EU Dual Citizenship)

About the role

Karub Holding, a global company active in energy, foreign trade, construction and mining, is looking for an Executive Assistant who holds both Turkish citizenship and the citizenship of an EU member state. The role supports senior management in the company's international operations and is based on site in Beyoğlu, Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Manage senior management's calendar, meetings and international travel
• Act as a point of contact with partners, institutions and suppliers abroad
• Draft, translate and review correspondence and documents in English, Turkish and French
• Prepare reports, presentations and meeting notes for management
• Follow up on decisions and action items across teams and group companies
• Organise and maintain filing systems and confidential documents

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Languages or a related field
• Dual citizenship: Turkish and an EU member state
• At least 2 years of experience as an executive, management or project assistant
• Fluent English and Turkish, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel; no travel restrictions
• Preferred: professional French, education or work experience in Europe, and experience in an international company or multicultural team

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organisational skills, discretion and ability to handle several priorities
