About the role
Raffles Istanbul, a luxury hotel in Zorlu Center overlooking the Bosphorus, is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented culinary professional to join its Asian restaurant as Chef De Partie. The role suits someone who values teamwork, communication and time management, with a proactive, guest-focused approach.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Asian cuisine
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach
Required skills
- Hygiene and food safety management
- Cost control
- Good culinary knowledge
- Experience in food safety, cost control and fine dining operations is considered a strong advantage
