Server (Waiter) - Four Seasons Istanbul

About the role

The Server (Waiter) is part of the Food & Beverage Outlets team at Four Seasons Istanbul, a restored 19th-century Ottoman palace on the Bosphorus. The role delivers a high-quality dining experience to guests by taking orders, providing attentive service and making sure guests feel welcomed throughout their stay. This is a local position: only candidates with an existing work permit in Turkey (Turkish nationals or Turkish ID holders) will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant setup for service and keep all areas clean and organised
• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages and give menu recommendations
• Maintain product knowledge and promote items to enhance the guest experience
• Handle billing, daily reports and ensure accurate cash and POS transactions
• Keep service flowing smoothly while meeting Four Seasons standards and guest satisfaction

Required profile

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience with at least 2-3 years in F&B service
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and guest interaction
• Good communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset
• Turkish required; intermediate English preferred

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g. Micros) and basic reporting
