About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Gayrettepe ensures the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel and delivers memorable stays for every guest. The role involves supervising the housekeeping team, inspecting rooms and areas, coordinating maintenance and managing special projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise the housekeeping team: train, schedule and oversee team members so that cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms are met
  • Inspect rooms and areas: check out rooms, spot-check occupied rooms and review service areas, storage and corridors
  • Report and follow up promptly on maintenance issues and facility concerns
  • Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and other special housekeeping initiatives
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure housekeeping equipment is properly maintained
  • Deliver excellent service, including VIP and special guest requests
