Income Supervisor

About the role

The Income Supervisor is responsible for auditing, preparing and issuing daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports to Hotel Management and Head Office, and for recording and analysing room accommodation, F&B, spa and other hotel revenue, including outsourced venues.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, prepare and issue the Daily Flash Report, weekly and monthly revenue reports to Hotel Management and Head Office in a timely and efficient manner.
• Audit, analyse and accurately record revenues and statistics for Rooms Accommodation, F&B, Spa and other hotel revenue, including outsourced venues, on a daily basis.
• Liaise with operational departments when data is not submitted or is found to be inaccurate, and perform and document daily ad hoc data checks.
• Analyse and journal house account information together with the F&B, Rooms Division and Spa departments.
• Check credits made to credit cards daily.
• Assist in the timely and orderly archiving of financial documents.
• Develop good working relationships with colleagues, other hotel departments and corporate office personnel.
• Answer queries from guests, hotel and corporate colleagues promptly, friendly and efficiently.
• Attend training sessions as and when required.

Required profile

• Finance degree.
• Previous finance experience at hotels.
• Spoken and written Turkish and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work safely and in an organised manner.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Good communication skills.
