F&B Server (Waiter)

About the role

The Server (Waiter) is part of the Food & Beverage Outlets team at Four Seasons Bosphorus, a local position in Istanbul. You will take orders, provide attentive service and make sure guests feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their visit, contributing to the hotel's service excellence and guest-focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant setup for service and keep all areas clean and organised
• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages and give menu recommendations
• Maintain product knowledge and promote items to enhance the dining experience
• Handle billing, daily reports and ensure accurate cash and POS transactions
• Keep service flowing smoothly while meeting Four Seasons standards and guest satisfaction

Required profile

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience with at least 2-3 years in F&B service
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and guest interaction
• Good communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset
• Turkish is required; intermediate English is preferred
• Existing work permit in Turkey (Turkish nationals or Turkish ID holders only)

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros and basic reporting

Schedule: full-time position with varying hours depending on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
