About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end order processes and ensure high‑quality customer operations. This 6‑month fixed‑term position is based in Istanbul and supports our EMEA supply‑chain activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and perform order entry.
- Send order confirmations and monitor order backlog.
- Track orders and shipments, keeping customers regularly informed.
- Process non‑conformance cases in collaboration with the Sales Department.
- Coordinate invoice and accounting processes with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and EHS standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in sales operations, customer service, logistics, or invoice/accounting operations.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Customer‑oriented and solution‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with ERP systems.
