Export Manager

About the role

MAD Parfumeur is looking for an experienced and dynamic Export Manager to join its team in Maslak, Istanbul. The role drives export operations, identifies new market opportunities and strengthens international relationships in line with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target export markets and develop effective market entry strategies
• Carry out market and competitor analysis to find growth opportunities
• Prepare and execute the export business plan in line with company objectives
• Find, evaluate and engage new customers and distribution channels
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key international customer accounts
• Monitor developments in assigned markets and implement action plans to expand distribution
• Track, analyse and report on export activities, market trends and performance
• Manage distributor relationships according to company strategy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 10 years of relevant export or international trade experience
• Strong multi-stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Proactive, analytical and strategic mindset, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel
• Solution- and result-oriented approach, sales-driven mindset and strong presentation skills
