GenAI Solution Architect - Turkish Speaking

About the role

BytePlus, ByteDance's technology and product development arm, is looking for a GenAI Solution Architect focused on the Turkish market. The role works with regional sales teams to turn creative and business needs into scalable GenAI solutions, from C-level executives to engineering teams, and requires Turkish business proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales teams to identify, qualify and shape Video, Image and Multimodal GenAI (AIGC) opportunities, turning requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and deliver AIGC solutions including text, image and video generation, Vision-Language Model (VLM) workflows and advanced prompt engineering or chaining.
• Architect production-grade GenAI pipelines using diffusion models, VLMs and LoRA/adapter-based fine-tuning, with orchestration frameworks such as ComfyUI.
• Develop agentic AIGC workflows where autonomous agents interpret intent, run generation analysis and coordinate multi-stage tasks including retries and human-in-the-loop approvals.
• Advise on model selection, cost and latency optimisation, and governance topics such as IP protection, content safety and watermarking.
• Own AIGC POCs, translate customer feedback into platform requirements and support post-sales success to drive upsell.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience delivering image, video or multimodal GenAI systems in real-world or production environments.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise customers in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) and the United States.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with rapidly evolving GenAI technologies.
• Turkish business proficiency required for stakeholder management and client communication in Turkey.

Required skills

• Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads and distributed systems.
• Preferred: Computer Science or Engineering degree with expertise in diffusion models, VLMs and prompt engineering.
• Preferred: experience building agentic workflows with tools such as n8n, and prior work with customers in media, entertainment, advertising, gaming, ecommerce and social platforms.
