GenAI Solution Architect – Turkish Market

About the role

Join BytePlus to design and deliver cutting‑edge generative AI solutions for the Turkish market. You will work closely with sales, engineering and product teams to translate business needs into scalable multimodal AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Partnership: partner with regional sales teams to identify and shape GenAI opportunities.
• Multimodal Solution Delivery: design and deliver AIGC solutions for text, image, and video generation with brand consistency.
• Production Pipeline Architecture: architect production‑grade GenAI pipelines using diffusion models, VLMs and orchestration frameworks such as ComfyUI.
• Agentic Workflow Design: develop autonomous agent workflows that interpret intent, coordinate multi‑stage tasks and handle human‑in‑the‑loop approvals.
• Technical Advisory & Governance: advise on model selection, cost, latency and governance topics like IP protection and content safety.
• Innovation & Lifecycle Ownership: own AIGC proofs‑of‑concept, translate feedback into platform requirements and support post‑sales success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in a solutions architect, pre‑sales engineering or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience delivering image, video or multimodal GenAI systems in production environments.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in MEA and US regions.
• Turkish language proficiency for business communication in Turkey.

Required skills

• Diffusion models, Vision‑Language Models (VLMs) and prompt engineering/chaining.
• Orchestration frameworks such as ComfyUI, n8n or custom orchestrators.
• GPU inference optimization, LoRA/adapter‑based fine‑tuning.
• Public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) with GPU compute.
