HR Services Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused HR Services Specialist to join our Global Workforce Operations team. You will support employees on‑site and virtually across EMEA, ensuring a positive experience and a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries across multiple European countries, responding through various channels and our cloud‑based case management system.
• Validate and process changes in personal data, job information, and compensation in the HRM system while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires across European locations, preparing employment letters and contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Assess, analyse, and resolve employee requests and concerns, collaborating with regional HR teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in European HR processes and educate employees on self‑service tools.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional experience in human resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Practical knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, GDPR, and data‑protection principles.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Turkish with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and transaction management.
