HR Global Services Advisor for Turkey and Greece

About the role

This position oversees HR Global Services operations and provides comprehensive HR support for employees across Turkey and Greece, based in Istanbul. You will manage onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll, benefits, compliance and act as a trusted HR point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Consult on medium to high‑complexity HR matters, advising managers and employees on local legislation, HR systems and processes.
• Execute HR activities such as pre‑hire checks, Workday hiring, onboarding, data changes, leave management, compensation, benefits and terminations.
• Implement and review country HR processes to ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Partner with HR systems and integration teams to streamline workflows, leverage automation and improve user experience.
• Lead or support regional/global projects, including employee onboarding/off‑boarding and HR system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in HR generalist, HR administration, payroll or HR operations.
• Fluent in English and Turkish and/or Greek.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and HR compliance.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) proficiency.
• Power BI or similar data‑analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret people data.
