HR Global Services Advisor for Türkiye and Greece

About the role

This position leads HR Global Services operations for employees in Türkiye and Greece, based in Istanbul. You will deliver end‑to‑end HR processes, ensure compliance with local legislation, and act as a trusted HR partner for managers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR consulting on complex matters, advising on local legislation, HR systems (Workday) and processes.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including pre‑hire checks, onboarding, data changes, leave, compensation, benefits, and termination.
• Implement and review country HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company standards.
• Partner with HR systems and integration teams to automate workflows, improve user experience and drive process efficiencies.
• Lead or support regional projects, including onboarding/offboarding improvements, acquisitions and organizational changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in HR generalist, HR administration, payroll or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation in Türkiye and Greece.
• Fluent in English and Turkish and/or Greek.

Required skills

• Workday HRIS experience.
• Power BI or data‑analytics proficiency.
• Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret people data.
