About the role
Join Bosch’s Smart Start program as an Indirect Purchasing Assistant supporting Facility Management services. This part‑time role is designed for university students who want to gain hands‑on experience in procurement, supplier management and sustainability initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Category Expert (Buyer) in purchasing Facility Management services.
- Support CO₂ reduction activities with suppliers.
- Prepare and process requests for quotations.
- Help create projects, follow up on progress and prepare tender documentation.
- Contribute to special projects and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of supplier negotiations.
- Support problem‑solving with permanent corrective measures.
- Coordinate operational tasks with internal customers and related departments.
- Maintain communication with suppliers and internal business partners.
- Update supplier information using digital tools.
Required profile
- 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Master student in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Public Relations or related fields.
- Fluent in English (excellent written and spoken).
- Available to work a minimum of three days per week during the academic period.
- Commitment of at least 11 months (preferably 24 months) while studying.
- Residence in Bursa is mandatory.
