About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join the Infrastructure Facilities Maintenance department in Bursa. The role involves hands‑on maintenance of a variety of mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring reliable operation of the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in infrastructure equipment such as towers, chillers, compressed‑air compressors, HVAC units, natural‑gas boilers and related pipelines.
• Perform periodic and preventive maintenance tasks, including equipment installation, replacement and commissioning.
• Operate and monitor plant systems to guarantee continuous production.

Required profile

• Graduate of a vocational high school or technical college in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Completed mandatory military service.
• Minimum three years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience.
• Willingness to work in shift schedules.

Required skills

• Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with high‑pressure pump systems.
• Proficiency using calipers and other mechanical tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC, compressed‑air compressors, chillers and natural‑gas boiler equipment.
• Understanding of mechanical and gas piping, welding and cutting certification.
• Capability to read electrical and automation schematics, PLC programming knowledge.
• Use of ammeter, voltmeter and multimeter, and familiarity with transformers, generators, UPS and switchgear.
• Possession of an EKAT (electrical qualification) certificate.
