Quality Smart Start Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Manisa as a Quality Smart Start intern and gain hands‑on experience in quality management within a global industrial leader. You will be integrated into real projects, supporting daily quality activities while developing your engineering knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Support maintenance and updates of QMS processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Assist with document revision, communication, and archiving.
• Help organize Quality Day events and quality‑awareness initiatives.
• Contribute to internal and external audit preparation.
• Support the application of quality methods and tools, including problem‑solving using PSS and 8D.
• Assist in FMEA activities, line walks, and risk‑assessment workshops.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure process compliance and effective communication.

Required profile

• 3rd‑year undergraduate student, preferably in an engineering discipline.
• Effective problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive team player with excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum three full days per week attendance during academic semesters.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
