Partnerships Manager

About the role

Pluxee Turkey is looking for a Partnerships Manager to shape its employee experience and benefits ecosystem. You will identify new business opportunities, design partnership models and strengthen the partner network across digital and technology-driven services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, growth areas, and partnership models aligned with company strategy.
• Develop and manage commercial and strategic relationships with potential partners and ecosystem players.
• Design end‑to‑end partnership and business models, defining customer journeys, operational processes, commercial flows and ecosystem interactions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for product and technology teams.
• Build a systematic, data‑informed approach to partner outreach and opportunity prioritisation.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, Technology and Operations to support new initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and emerging business models to identify future growth opportunities.
• Prepare business cases, opportunity assessments and top‑management presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in partnership management, business development or strategic alliances.
• Experience in digital, technology, fintech, marketplace, loyalty or employee benefits sectors is highly preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, growth‑oriented approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
