Regional Account Manager – Neurology

About the role

The Regional Account Manager will manage a designated territory, driving disease and product awareness for ultra‑rare neurological conditions. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to improve patient identification, diagnosis, and market development while adhering to local regulations and company values.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with healthcare professionals across the region to raise awareness of ultra‑rare neurological diseases.
• Develop, implement and monitor a business plan that increases disease and product awareness.
• Check hospital pharmacy availability and coordinate weekly distribution with the Area Manager.
• Utilise medical and marketing tools (digital and leave‑behind) effectively in line with strategy.
• Build and maintain a network of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and report activities promptly.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance, product quality complaints and medical information requests within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hospital business experience, preferably in Neurology therapeutic areas.
• Proven pharmaceutical key account management experience in Neurology.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills with physicians.
• Excellent knowledge of Turkish pharmaceutical regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously, highly organized and willing to travel within the territory.
• Scientific degree or equivalent relevant experience.
