Regional Account Manager – Hematology/Nephrology (Ankara)

About the role

The Regional Account Manager will lead the management of a designated territory, driving disease and product awareness for ultra‑rare hematology and nephrology conditions. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to improve patient identification, diagnosis, and treatment pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with healthcare professionals across the region to raise awareness of ultra‑rare diseases.
• Develop and execute a business plan, analyzing accounts to increase disease and product visibility.
• Monitor hospital pharmacy stock and coordinate weekly distribution plans.
• Utilise medical and marketing tools effectively in line with company strategy.
• Build and maintain a network of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and collaborate on patient identification.
• Prepare and deliver clinical data presentations to medical audiences.
• Report pharmacovigilance events, product quality complaints, and medical information requests within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hospital business experience in hematology and/or nephrology.
• Proven pharmaceutical key account management background in the same therapeutic areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills with physicians.
• Excellent knowledge of Turkish pharma regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously, organized, and ethically.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
