About the role
Join Voodoo's new internal studio in Istanbul as a Producer for a promising puzzle game prototype. You will help shape the game’s vision, ensure high quality, and drive it toward market readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Define scope and create schedules, allocate resources, track progress and mitigate risks.
- Champion the game vision, oversee QA, and provide feedback on gameplay and player experience.
- Establish and refine development workflows, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and implement best practices.
Required profile
- Production mastery: expert in agile processes and smooth production workflows.
- Product obsession: highly motivated to craft a hit with a focus on excellence.
- Industry experience: prior project‑manager experience in video games, consulting, or tech.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: resilient, able to navigate challenges and motivate the team.
