About the role

Join the hotel team to ensure smooth procurement and inventory processes, supporting exceptional guest experiences through efficient receiving and distribution of supplies.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with purchasing materials and supplies, researching prices and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Accept and verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices and specifications.
  • Issue and deliver items to departments, maintain stock levels and alert supervisors of low stock.
  • Receive, scan and process invoices, following up on discrepancies for timely payment.
  • Conduct routine inventories, input merchandise into tracking systems and report shortages.

Required profile

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Integrity, teamwork, leadership, ownership and a sense of urgency.
