Regional AI Run Lead

About the role

EPAM is seeking a senior, hands‑on Regional AI Run Lead to own the AI/Run organization for the Western and Central Asia (WCA) region. You will be responsible for driving AI‑native delivery maturity across multiple delivery centers and shaping commercial models.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI maturity of each delivery center, assign owners and cadences, and move teams toward production‑scale AI‑native delivery.
• Lead the three pillars of the WCA AI/Run organization, set priorities, allocate capacity, and engage early in RFPs and renewals.
• Grow AI‑native engineering capacity through structured enablement and a pipeline of senior talent.
• Harvest reusable assets, accelerators and delivery patterns and integrate them into the global framework.
• Report on outcome metrics such as maturity score movement, signed AI‑native SOWs, trained talent volume, client revenue and margin impact.

Required profile

• Senior delivery or engineering leader with a hands‑on record of shipping AI‑native work.
• Experience owning P&L‑adjacent commercial numbers and shaping outcome‑based commercial models.
• Proven ability to build or scale accelerators, reusable assets or engineering platforms across teams.
• Experience operating across regions or large‑scale programs and influencing client decisions.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) with excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Practical experience with AI‑assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches.
• Experience shaping SOWs, RFPs and negotiating scope with senior client stakeholders.
