Process Architect

About the role

Join Aras Kargo’s newly formed architecture function as a Process Architect. You will design, standardize, and govern end‑to‑end business process models across the organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and supporting upcoming SAP and next‑generation operational platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise process architecture, including process landscapes, hierarchies, and value‑chain maps.
• Model as‑is and to‑be processes using BPMN 2.0 and manage them in a shared repository.
• Lead discovery and redesign workshops with stakeholders from operations, customer service, and commercial functions.
• Establish and enforce process modeling standards, naming conventions, and governance models.
• Own the process architecture review cycle, ensuring new or changed processes are captured, approved, and kept current.
• Define process ownership, accountability, and performance metrics (KPIs) across business units.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Application Architects to keep process, application, and enterprise views consistent.
• Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and automation opportunities and contribute to the transformation roadmap.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in business process architecture, process management, or senior BPM roles.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with BPMN 2.0.
• Proficiency with process‑modeling/repository tools such as Signavio, ARIS, Bizagi, Camunda, or iGrafx.
• Ability to produce process architecture artifacts: landscapes, value‑chain maps, and to‑be models.
• Experience facilitating process discovery and redesign workshops.
• Understanding of process governance, standards, and ownership models.
