Reservations Supervisor

About the role

The Reservations Supervisor will ensure an exceptional reservation experience for guests at Sofitel Istanbul Taksim while supporting revenue optimization and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily reservation operations, handling individual, corporate, group and VIP bookings accurately.
• Guide the Reservations team to maintain high service standards and monitor reservation quality, special requests and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales and other departments for seamless communication and inventory management.
• Identify upselling opportunities and ensure correct application of rates, packages, promotions and cancellation policies.
• Maintain accurate use of PMS, CRS and Accor reservation systems and handle guest and travel partner inquiries professionally.
• Assist with training, coaching and onboarding of team members and ensure compliance with Sofitel and Accor standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reservations within an international 5‑star hotel environment.
• Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservation procedures, room categories, rates and revenue principles.
• Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills with a guest‑oriented mindset.
