Senior PHP/Laravel Developer with Infrastructure & DevOps Experience

About the role

We are looking for a senior PHP/Laravel developer who also has strong infrastructure and DevOps skills. The role is fully remote and involves building, maintaining and modernising data‑driven applications while ensuring the reliability of the supporting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy business‑critical applications using PHP, Laravel, Filament and PostgreSQL.
• Administer a high‑availability Proxmox cluster and related technologies such as Ceph/CephFS, ZFS, Linux containers and OVH‑hosted infrastructure.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Git and Gitea, and automate releases.
• Lead incident response, perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Produce clear technical documentation, runbooks and architecture diagrams.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of professional software development experience, with senior or technical‑lead responsibilities.
• Strong hands‑on experience with PHP 8.x, Laravel (preferably version 12) and PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to manage production‑grade infrastructure, including virtualization, storage and monitoring.
• Professional proficiency in English and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
