About the role

We are looking for a Server Attendant to join our Guest Service team at a luxury hotel in Istanbul. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for guests.
Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages, respond to guest inquiries, and address any concerns.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service supplies.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
No supervisory experience or specific certifications required.
