About the role
We are looking for a Server Attendant to join our Guest Service team at a luxury hotel in Istanbul. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for guests.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages, respond to guest inquiries, and address any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service supplies.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- No supervisory experience or specific certifications required.
