Value Demonstration & Affordability & Strategic Pricing Manager

About the role

As the Value Demonstration, Affordability & Strategic Pricing Manager, you will lead evidence generation, affordability initiatives, and strategic pricing efforts to expand patient access and maximize the value of innovative medicines across Turkey. You will work closely with Market Access, Medical, Policy, and Global teams to shape sustainable access strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead value demonstration, affordability, and pricing strategies to support market access and reimbursement objectives.
• Develop and leverage health‑economic evidence, budget impact analyses, and value communication materials.
• Support pricing decisions, reimbursement submissions, and stakeholder‑engagement activities.
• Partner with Market Access, Medical, Policy, and Global teams to shape sustainable access strategies.
• Monitor healthcare policy, HTA, pricing, and reimbursement landscape and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Academic degree in medicine, pharmaceutical science, economics, statistics or proven experience in health economics, statistics, or epidemiology.
• Thorough knowledge of the Turkish healthcare system and health‑economics methodology.
• 5–8 years of relevant business, academic, or government experience in healthcare, social security, or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience generating, organizing, and analyzing complex data sets with strong analytical and structured mindset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
