Vice President, Product Management – Security Solutions & Fraud

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead its Security Solutions, Fraud and Payment Resilience portfolio. The role will shape strategy, drive product commercialization and ensure the ecosystem remains secure, compliant and resilient for financial institutions, merchants and governments worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi‑year strategy and roadmap for fraud solutions and payment resilience products.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from vision and standards alignment to investment prioritisation and performance monitoring.
• Lead an integrated ecosystem of services covering fraud detection, payment continuity, ecosystem assurance and operational resilience.
• Drive outcomes related to ecosystem security, operational continuity, compliance maturity and risk reduction.
• Steer product P&L performance, customer adoption and operational excellence while collaborating with global product, technology, risk, compliance and market teams.

Required profile

• Senior leader with extensive experience in product management for security, fraud or payment resilience solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, globally‑scaled products and services.
• Strong understanding of global security standards, regulatory compliance and payment ecosystem dynamics.
• Excellent ability to influence cross‑functional teams and align regional needs with global strategy.
