Director, Agent Suite – Technical Program Management

About the role

Mastercard is building Agent Suite Services to enable enterprise‑scale deployment of agentic AI. As the Director of Technical Program Management you will drive the end‑to‑end delivery of Agent Suite implementations, turning strategic vision into operational reality.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery lifecycle for Agent Suite projects from proof‑of‑concept sign‑off through production deployment and client handover.
• Provide supervisory leadership to forward‑deploy engineering teams, ensuring accountability and removing blockers.
• Maintain executive‑level visibility with stakeholders while staying grounded in technical details.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements without a formal reporting line.
• Partner closely with the Solutions Architect, who retains technical authority, to ensure seamless handover from design to execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex technical programs at a senior level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of communicating with executives and technical teams alike.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑moving environment, balancing market pace with Mastercard’s standards.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional engineering teams.
