Strategy Manager, CEO Office

About the role

As a Strategy Manager in the CEO Office, you will work directly with the Vertical CEO and leadership team to shape the future of Codeway’s Utility & Productivity and Media verticals. You will translate complex business questions into clear decisions and drive high‑impact initiatives across two consumer businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and structure ambiguous, high‑impact problems, building business cases and driving execution to measurable outcomes.
• Deep‑dive into products, users, markets, competitors and performance data to uncover growth opportunities and challenge assumptions.
• Monitor AI, emerging technologies and consumer‑tech trends, turning relevant shifts into product and business opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, turning leadership decisions into action and maintaining momentum on priority initiatives.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, automation and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, CEO office or similar strategic roles.
• Strong analytical, structured problem‑solving and business judgment skills.
• Proven ability to create clarity and direction in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies with the ability to link them to business opportunities.
